Business Development / Sales - Midland

Job Description:
- Responsible for the management and generation of $4.0 MM dollars of annual revenue.
- Responsible for effective business development and relationship building with key clients and expanding of customer base.
- Responsible for understanding the customer’s requirements and expectations and being able to communicate them effectively to the ICS project Team.
- Committed to adhering to high business standards and ethics.
- Provide forecasted annual and quarterly sales projections and business development plans. This also includes identifying key vertical markets and customers for ICS to pursue.
- Convey areas of improvements based on customer feedback regarding quality, business relationships, and project execution to ICS management.
- Approve ICS generated proposals, terms of payment, and commercial items prior to submitting to customer.
- Approve and/or review purchase orders and sub-contracts received from customers.
Job Requirements:
- BS Engineering degree or minimum of 10 years of industrial experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience and knowledge in business development, financials, and obtaining credible details associated with customer budgets and business cycles.
- Capability of effective relationship building and maintaining a continuous involvement within high level management of large customer, EPC, or AE organizations.
- Implementation of ICS business strategies or solutions within large customer, EPC, or AE organizations.
- Have a thorough understanding of ICS services and capabilities.
- Knowledge or competency of obtaining maximum revenue or value for ICS delivered products or services within certain customers and/or markets.
